We strive to advocate proper policy, promote social and service development through evidence-based researches. Service units carry out a large amount of empirical research with the assistance of the Supervisor of Centre for Research and Development. Apart from practical use for delivering quality services, our research findings are also published and shared at conferences. Some researches are also published to arouse more public concern through the media.
